Private use

Skofnir's private local tools are intended to give users substantial control over their local AI experience. Users remain responsible for complying with applicable law.

Public Discover content

Public Discover submissions must be content the submitter is authorized to publish. Skofnir may require creator information, rights attestations, age/identity checks, or additional documentation before publication.

Not accepted for public publication

• Content exploiting or sexualizing minors, or characters presented as minors in sexual contexts.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content depicting an identifiable real person without appropriate authorization.
• Stolen, infringing, or unlawfully obtained images or character material.
• Content intended to facilitate unlawful conduct.
• Material that violates payment-network or hosting requirements applicable to Skofnir's public services.

Moderation

All public character submissions may be reviewed before publication. Publication can be revoked later if new information or complaints warrant removal.
